Most venues have an area or a side room where the crèche can be set up, or if you’re having a marquee, a small side tent will be adequate. If you’re unsure, let us know and we will talk to your venue provider to find the perfect solution.

Yes – All our staff will be minimum of level 2 NVQ qualified, whilst Crèche leaders will be level 3 qualified. The majority of our staff also hold paedeatric first aid certificates, also all our staff hold a valid CRB (Criminal Records Bureau check) and are fully-insured.

No, We concentrate on the children’s activities and your caterers should provide simple party food and drinks for the children. We’re more than happy to supervise children’s meals (finger food goes down a treat) while you and your guests enjoy the wedding breakfast/lunch.

Yes, your guests are free to take their children out of the crèche at any time, although we ask that they follow our procedures for booking children in and out of the crèche to ensure child safety.

As long as you need us. We are here to accommodate all your needs, and are completely flexible with time.

We know that things don’t always go to plan, especially when your best man is making the speech of the century and your line-up takes twice as long as expected! When you make a booking with us, we’ll arrange a time for us to arrive and leave, although there may be a possibility that we can stay longer, depending on circumstances. Let us know in good time on the day if you think you might need to extend your crèche hours.

Just nappies and drinks for the little ones, if applicable. We’ll provide all the toys and activities to keep the children entertained and out from under your feet. Parents might want to bring their child’s favourite teddy bear or security blanket to help them settle in, but leave everything else up to us!
